Outstanding service from start to finish. Chris at Simple Cars went above and beyond when I had a couple of issues — a fault with the EGR cooler and a problematic aftermarket gearstick. Both were sorted quickly and professionally, with Chris replacing the gearstick and carrying out all the necessary work on the EGR system. What really sets this garage apart, though, is the level of care. Chris personally drove the car back to me, a round trip of over 4 and a half hours, which is service you’d struggle to find anywhere else in the UK. Very friendly and professional dealer Very professional dealer, i enquired about a car in the evening and got a response that night ... several exchanges followed with useful info on service history and ownership of the vehicle ... next morning i was left to look at the vehicle without hassle and took for test drive on my own. It was a lovely car but i explained to the owner that i was to have a meeting that night about whether to leave my job with company car and hence maybe the need to buy a car of my own. I was shown the log book and all the pages of the service book and things that would be completed prior to any sale. The following morning i decided to stay in my job and let them know i sadly could not proceed with the purchase. Lovely set of guys and very honest ... pleasure to deal with
